1. Ordering & Quotation Process

• Proforma Invoice (PI): Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will issue a formal Proforma Invoice including itemized costs and shipping estimates based on your preferred method.

2. Pricing & Volume Discounts

• Currency: All pricing is quoted in USD. Invoices in EUR or other major currencies are available upon request.

• Price Stability: Catalog pricing is typically valid for 6 months.

• High-Volume Incentives: We offer a 3% discount on the FOB value for bulk shipments between $10,000 and $20,000.

3. Payment Framework

• New Clients: Initial orders require 100% Advance Payment.

• Established Partners: After 12 months of successful trade history, we offer flexible terms, including CAD (Cash Against Documents) or extended credit lines.

• Export Packaging: All goods are secured in heavy-duty, reinforced containers with industrial-grade protective materials to ensure transit safety.

6. Customization & Samples

• Bespoke Branding: We provide professional Laser Engraving and Stamping for corporate logos on all applicable products.

• Sample Policy: Evaluation samples are available. Clients are responsible for sample production costs and courier charges.

7. Guarantee & Returns

• No-Hassle Replacement: If an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately. We will ship a free replacement with your next consignment.
