4. Grinding, Polishing & Surface Finishing

5. Hilt Assembly & Custom Fitting
Each blade is hand-assembled by experienced artisans who precisely fit the crossguard, ergonomic handle, and pommel to ensure perfect weight distribution and alignment.

Completed items undergo a final quality assurance check to confirm dimensional accuracy, finish quality, and tight fittings before being prepared for international export shipment.
