1. Ordering & Quotation Process

• We welcome inquiries from wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and private-label brands worldwide.
• Please submit your product requirements, reference numbers, quantities, and destination country.
• Upon review, we will issue a detailed Proforma Invoice (PI) including product pricing, shipping options, and estimated delivery schedules.

2. Pricing & Currency

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed.
• Invoices in Euro (EUR) and other major currencies can be provided upon request.
• Prices are subject to revision based on material costs, customization requirements, and market conditions.

3. Payment Terms

New Customers

• 100% Advance Payment before production or shipment.

Established Customers

• Flexible payment terms may be offered based on trading history and mutual agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

Azhar Trading & Co. shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from customs inspections, import restrictions, government actions, carrier delays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
