These Terms & Conditions govern all wholesale, OEM, private-label, and custom manufacturing transactions between Azhar Trading & Co ("we," "us," "our") and buyers, distributors, retailers, and trading partners worldwide. By submitting an inquiry or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. B2B Ordering & Proforma Invoice (PI) Process
We welcome wholesale inquiries from distributors, retailers, and private-label brands worldwide. To request pricing, please submit your required item reference numbers, target volume quantities, and destination country. Upon review of your specifications, our sales desk will issue a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) detailing factory-direct pricing, logistics options, and estimated production timelines.

2. Currency & Wholesale Pricing Disclosures
All trade quotations are primarily issued and processed in US Dollars (USD). Invoices in Euros (EUR) and other major global trade currencies can be arranged upon request. Factory-direct wholesale prices are subject to adjustment based on raw material market fluctuations, custom design complexity, and manufacturing scale requirements.

3. Commercial Payment Methods & Verification
For new trading partners and initial bulk orders, 100% advance wire payment is required before manufacturing or cargo dispatch. For established clients, flexible B2B financing terms may be negotiated based on trading volume history and credit verification. Corporate payments are processed via Bank Wire Transfer (SWIFT / T.T.) and Western Union.

4. Global Shipping Logistics & Delivery Windows
We coordinate worldwide freight forwarding through established logistics partners. Estimated transit windows:

Actual cargo arrival schedules depend on destination customs clearance and international carrier logistics, and may vary beyond these estimates.

5. Factory Production Lead Times & Standards
Standard inventory product processing averages 10–15 business days. Custom OEM, ODM, and private-label manufacturing projects require approximately 21–45 business days, depending on design approvals and order volume. All export cargo is secured with heavy-duty, protective packaging designed to prevent transit damage. Custom retail box packaging is available on request.

6. OEM, Private-Labeling & Prototype Samples
Our factory offers comprehensive OEM/ODM solutions, including custom product prototyping, logo laser engraving, and custom brand packaging. Pre-production samples are supplied for quality evaluation upon client settlement of sample manufacturing and shipping costs.

7. Product Quality Claims, Import Compliance & Liability
Buyers must inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and submit photographs of any transit-related issues within 48 hours to be eligible for a replacement or credit resolution. Importers bear full legal responsibility for verifying that swords, knives, and replica armor comply with local import, customs, and border regulations in their destination country. Azhar Trading & Co holds no liability for customs seizures, force majeure disruptions, or import delays arising from destination-country restrictions.
